William L. Moore, Jr. known to most as Butch Moore was born in Davidson County but grew up in Sumner County, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee receiving a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Degree and received his Law Degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
