The Rymer Gallery

Located at 233 Fifth Avenue North, The Rymer Gallery is one of the largest contemporary galleries in the heart of Nashville’s rapidly expanding arts district, Fifth Avenue of the Arts.

In addition to the cutting-edge 3,000 square foot location, there is an annex gallery and artist studio located only a few blocks away, on Third Avenue.

In keeping with Nashville’s contemporary creative climate, The Rymer is dedicated to showcasing art and artists from a varied array of media and experience. Similarly, we strive to employ  diverse and thoughtful strategy in the promotion and distribution of exhibited and catalogued works.

Perhaps most vital to this cause is wilful participation in such community efforts as The Nashville Art Crawl. On the First Saturday of every month, the galleries of Fifth Avenue are some of the city’s premier destinations for art collectors, admirers and passerby, and The Rymer is no exception. On these evenings, our space is home to anywhere from 1,000 to 2,500 guests, all making their way from one gallery to the next, taking in the richly varied exhibitions, respectively.
