Aquila Properties LLC was formed in 2012 by Real Estate Investors from North Alabama and Middle Tennessee. They identified Nashville’s Capital District as an undervalued collection of neighborhoods that, based on their geography and proximity to Nashville’s tourist areas, could become an exciting and unique place to live. Resettlement trends moving toward more urban density reinforced this belief. Today, Nashville has become one of the fastest growing cities in the country and Aquila has grown by identifying and procuring distressed property, developing a concept specific to it, implementing improvements, and stitching them back into the fabric of the neighborhood. Our company takes pride in being good neighbors and helping to foster a sense of community.
Aquila Properties currently holds rental units in the Nashville area of varied sizes, architectural style, and rental type.These properties are in various stages of redevelopment. Above all, our mission is to provide unique, quality space for the people of Nashville and align ourselves with contractors and subcontractors who are committed to providing a quality product. Our process is this: Identify and Acquire, Redesign, Rebuild, Lease, Manage and Maintain. We are involved with our properties throughout the process to ensure we are creating a truly inspiring place to live.
Sometimes we find properties that fit our vision, but at a time where we aren’t specifically on the market for a new project. If we choose to acquire these properties, based on the cities affordable housing shortage and so as to avoid them sitting unused, we will stabilize and refurbish the property to make it a properly functional, clean, safe, and economical place to live until such time as we are ready to initiate a full scale renovation or rebuild. We currently have multiple units we are providing at below the neighborhood average rent.
