He has extensive experience negotiating and restructuring asset-based and cash flow loans and other credit facilities for lenders, and he advises clients in transactions related to healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products and other industries. Having owned a business before joining Waller, Steven understands what’s important to clients on both sides of commercial finance transactions, and he endeavors to adjust transaction risk when structuring deals based upon the client’s risk tolerance.
