At Pinecrest Preparatory Academy we strive to demonstrate a superior ability to foster excellence in education and contribute to the continuous improvement of student learning and the school environment by providing knowledge of evidence-based literacy strategies and resources to all stakeholders. We meet the needs of all our students by provided small group differentiated instruction in all subjects and grade levels. As well as additional intervention to students who need remediation. We provide free FSA tutoring on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings to help fill any learning gaps.
We offer programs such as courses that aid in strategies/skills necessary to succeed in the real world such as a Leadership course. We integrate subjects throughout the curriculum that discusses topics of relevance/research based on student’s future goals and we infuse character education in socials studies to foster values/virtues that are beneficial in the real world. We also offer many after school clubs and activities such as Art club, soccer, and running club, just to name a few
