We are located in the Waterford Lakes Shopping Center between Home Depot and Bealls on the West side of Alafaya. Our facility is 8000 square feet and is fully equipped to effectively run CrossFit (Functional Fitness), CrossFit Kids, Olympic weightlifting/Youth Weightlifting.

All of our trainers are highly experienced in CrossFit and Weightlifting. Whether it is CrossFit movements, Olympic Weightlifting, or nutrition, we have your bases covered.
