In 2005, groundbreaking took place for Growing Together Academy, we start as a preschool. In 2005, a preschool program for three- and four-year-old’s and an after-school program were begun. In 2006, the preschool enrollment had reached 90 students from age two to four. Due to the growth of the program the decision was made to establish separate private school. Enrollment climbed to 80 students, during the first years. We have provided a small ratio classroom and personalize attention from the beginning. We have implemented Abeka Curriculum in our facilities, students have grown intellectually, emotionally, and socially during the years under our supervision, with the support of our staff. From 2006 to 2021, the school continued to meet the needs of a population in our community. Today, Growing Together continues to grow and flourish with students representing the vibrant community of Orlando, Florida. We are committed to academic excellence and a faith-filled supportive environment. We have 16 years serving our community from pre-school to 8th grade. Our goal is to build on the success of Growing Together Academy, spiritually, academically, and physically. Faith is the most important aspect of our school. Allowing children to accept their differences and treat each other as individual gifts from God. Without Faith, personal successes and achievements have little relevance. With it, you realize that your successes and achievements are not only for you, but for God and should be shared with others. The academic progress of Growing Together is certainly important and not taken lightly. Growing Together has high standards and encouraging children to reach their maximum potential and beyond will be a primary goal. We encourage all faculty and staff to teach the individual child, while using best practices, updated resources and technology. Our staff ensures safety and security procedures to make sure each child is safe. Our role is to serve the community and provide an education that goes beyond the classroom by developing life-long learners and faith-filled followers of Christ.
