We have a long and proud heritage of quality builders in our family. Beginning in the 1950’s when Bob’s grandfather and uncles built homes in upstate New York, to extended family members, all adhering to a long and proud tradition of building a quality product that stands the test of time.

Bob and Denise Maier, owners of Finish Carpentry Services Corp, moved  their family to Central Florida in 2000 and began providing trim services. They have been serving area builders with top-quality, precision, finish carpentry for more than a decade.

They are still going strong because of their reputation for putting the customer first, representing the builder well and completing the project on-time. We are a business that survived one of the hardest downturns in construction history because of our reputation and insistence on pleasing the customer by providing the best!

Built-in Seating and Entertainment

Ceiling Treatments

The choice of a ceiling treatment is limited only by your imagination. The ceiling treatments made by FCSC are beautiful because we take special care in all elements of your chosen design.

Chair Rail

A chair rail can be as simple or as complex as a customer desires. It can have multiple elements and combine with picture framing or crown. It adds richness to a room.

Columns

A column can be an additional element added to effect. Many people use columns as statement pieces within their design, making them ornate as well as functional.

Crown Molding

Crown molding can be used to accent rope lighting or make a tray ceiling special. When crown is added to a straight wall it automatically takes it up a notch or two. Adding crown is always a first step to consider when making design choices.

A mantle is a necessity over a fireplace. We can build your dream mantle. A timber log can be a choice of simplicity, or one might choose an art deco mantle with numerous pieces creating a new level building upon one another until a masterpiece is achieved. There are so many choices in between.

Enhance your wall or ceiling design with picture framing. While most people go with traditional square or rectangle, don’t let that limit you in your design choices.

T&G provides beauty as well as sound absorption. It can be used inside the home and out.

Wainscoting will add dimension to a wall, usually the lower half, capped by a chair rail design. It will not only add a lovely design element but will also provide protection for drywall in an area where chairs or other family habits are likely to cause excessive wear.
