DOT Physical Nashville

Dr. Jason Bollenbaugh is a Certified Medical Examiner for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and performs DOT physical exams for commercial drivers and other Non-DOT corporations.  Dr. Bollenbaugh is on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and has been performing DOT medical exams since 2003. 

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) sets the medical requirements for commercial drivers.  Dr. Bollenbaugh helps manage DOT exams for several commercial driving companies in the Nashville area, such as GrayLine bus, Red Classic, Grand Avenue limosine, and Western Express.  He stays current with DOT medical guidelines and documentation to assure that companies and drivers are compliant with current safety standards.
