Southeast Floors was founded in 1993. Originally called The Carpet Company 3, it served the Orlando market and north Florida for almost two decades. Over those years, the Carpet Company 3 continued its growth in the Orlando markets as well as in Tampa, Melbourne, Gainesville, Sarasota, Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale, and Jacksonville by providing customers with the highest level of customer service.

In 2011, the Carpet Company 3 changed names to Southeast Floors as part of a re-brand campaign to a name that better suited the company’s long term goals while maintaining its pledge to provide quality service. Today, Southeast Floors operates in 5 locations across the state, has commercial jobs that span a majority of the eastern seaboard, and has continued plans for expansion in both the multi-family industry and commercial flooring industry.

Our warehouses are filled with a large selection of products from the top manufacturers including Mohawk, Armstrong, Mannington, Congoleum, Dreamweaver, and many more. Southeast Floors installs tens of thousands of units a year for apartment communities across the state of Florida! We have a unique understanding of Property Managers’ needs to stay on budget, get work scheduled quickly, and install products that perform and last longer. We even back up our service with a 1 year warranty and a trained Quality Control Specialist team that inspects the job to make sure the job is done right the first time…every time.
