Angelo’s Picnic Pizza

The Picnic Pizza Corporation has been in Nashville since 1976 with the original location being inside Hickory Hollow Mall. There have been several locations in Middle Tennessee over the years. The current location of Angelo’s Picnic Pizza was opened December 23, 1999.

Mr. Angelo LaMattina is the founder of Angelo’s Picnic Pizza. He owned and operated this location with his wife, Sara, until his death in January 2010. Fortunately, Angelo had two sons, Nick and Joe, who were taught the secret family recipes that were passed down from generation to generation and who learned the culinary arts necessary to continue their family legacy.

Nick LaMattina is currently the owner of Angelo’s Picnic Pizza and both brothers stay true to tradition, by providing the finest quality and best tasting pizza.

The LaMattina family received a Proclamation from the Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Council for dedication to service, length of time opened for a family-owned business and our great selection of authentic Italian Food.
