Mr. Grant W. Austin is a real property valuation professional. He was awarded the M.S. degree in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis), is a MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute, Certified Member of the Market Research Society, and is a Certified Environmental Consultant (EAA), and a retired the MRICS designation from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Austin is a university professor, a nationally published author, an editor and reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed professional real property journals, a develper of national appraisal standards for The Appraisal Foundation, and an expert witness in multiple courts.  He has more than 25 years of advisory, litigation support, testimony, appraisal, survey research, and damage claim consulting experience involving a wide variety of properties
