AdvantaClean Environmental was founded in Orlando back in 1994. We are a national leader for resolving indoor air quality issues as they related to Mold Remediation, Air Duct & HVAC System Cleaning, Water Damage Mitigation, Lead Based Paint Abatement and Fire & Odor Restoration.

Our core base of business comes from General Contractors, Homebuilders, Indoor Environmental Professionals, Facilities Managers, Realtors and Property Managers. We do not buy internet leads, nor do any type of mass-marketing. Our business is almost 90 percent referral based and we’d be happy to service you as a customer.
Our 10th year of service found us in the middle of the infamous 2004 Atlantic Hurricane season. Mother Nature put Florida in her sights and hit the state with a barrage of deadly storms. 4 major storms hit within weeks of each other, Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne, leaving devastation from coast to coast, top to bottom. AdvantaClean hunkered down, suited up and responded to countless water, mold and IAQ issues that arose in the months following the storms. We laid our foundation as a leader in the restoration and IAQ industry.
Soon after the storm season, AdvantaClean Headquarters was relocated to Huntersville, NC, just north of Charlotte. The Orlando offices remained fully operational and a short time after the relocation of the corporate office, the Orlando operations were purchased by a development family, Chet & Geoff Goetz. Since that purchase our focus has been to use our understanding of construction and Parle that knowledge with existing relationships into solving IAQ issues for the entire Central Florida area.
At the home office in Huntersville, North Carolina our five acre state-of -the-art 22,000 square foot facility includes executive training facilities, a management education center and a dedicated workshop for hands-on technical training. We currently are established in over 30 states across the country representing almost 200 individual territories.
